Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional partners, promoting the Favor Merchant Program
• Troubleshoot client inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service to retain merchants
• Identify and close cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with various teams for efficient client onboarding

Required Qualifications

• A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience maintaining multiple accounts and client relationships
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
