Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead their expanding Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure account management reps understand client needs and how to achieve their goals
• Manage and report on key operational metrics for team and individual performance
• Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams
• Experience managing a gross revenue quota of $10m+ annually
• Familiarity with negotiating deals above $100k in ACV
• Hands-on leadership style focused on team development
• Strong understanding of building account plans and tracking performance
