Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business opportunities across target markets
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts and maintain regular communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a best-in-class experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
• SaaS experience preferred
• Proven experience in contributing to onboarding and customer success pipelines
• Relationship management experience with the ability to collect and communicate customer feedback
• Self-starter who works well independently
