Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on part-time faculty selection, contracts, and compensation
• Track and monitor regulatory and instructional training requirements for part-time faculty
• Research and analyze enrollment metrics to determine instructional needs and deliver relevant reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Educational Leadership, Organizational Leadership, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of higher education experience
• Knowledge of university policies and procedures
• Experience in an online learning environment
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies in higher education
