About the project:

As we are growing, we are looking to add more players to our team. If you are a passionate Semi Senior AEM Frontend + Target Developer looking for join a Costumer Experience Agency that boost digital experiences through technology for multinational companies worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity for you!
This is a service delivery role that is client-facing, requiring both technical and communication skills. You will be responsible for working to gather and understand the client’s unique business requirements and to develop and build customized solutions to meet their technical needs. For that, you will be creating and maintaining awesome web pages on Adobe Experince Manager CMS Platform. You will be part of a great team of developers that seeks to make an impact on our clients’ business through what we do best: create creative, professional and dynamic websites. In your day to day, you will be working with teams from all over the world, using agile methodologies and promoting the implementation of best practices at a technological level.

You will be able to:
• Design and code Adobe Target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the client’s journey.
• Deliver against the website optimization and personalized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.
• Collaborate with product manager and UX design to build new UI and functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
• Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences.
• Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy.
• Manage tag manager implementation of personalization, ensuring efficient and robust website integration.
• Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence.
• Develop JavaScript, CSS, and HTML front end web application components.

What will help you succeed in this role:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ Years of experience working with Frontend Development.
• 2+ Years of experience working with HTML, CSS AND JavaScript.
• 2+ Years of experience working with Adobe Target.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
