2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee print production and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily printing and finishing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Address equipment malfunctions and workflow disruptions, coordinating with maintenance teams
• Record shift performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in printing and finishing manufacturing, preferably in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of Inkjet and Indigo Presses and perfect-binding finishing processes
• Hands-on experience with web press operations
• Strong understanding of prepress workflows and variable data printing
• Experience with print management systems (custom-built or third-party software)
