Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote IT Asset Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage agile development efforts for Hardware and Software Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead the IT asset lifecycle for Mac and Windows, ensuring optimal and secure operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, goals, and service level agreements for asset management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business, or a related field (8 years of relevant experience may substitute for education)
• 10 years of experience in IT asset management life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience implementing ServiceNow HAM/SAM projects with knowledge of lifecycle workflows and compliance
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading resources to meet delivery requirements
• Experience in tracking costs, schedules, and performance progress while identifying and mitigating risks
