Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role is desired
• Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position specifications
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer systems
