Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle a high volume of back-to-back incoming calls
• Greet callers, provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages
• Utilize call processing systems and tools to prioritize customer needs effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Dedicated home office with no distractions and a quiet setting
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar
• Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French is a plus
