Registered Nurse Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Instruction Faculty (Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies to enhance program quality and student success
• Leads a team of program-specific managers and collaborates with leadership to set performance objectives
• Establishes strategic relationships with university partners to improve student engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• Master's in nursing with at least 5 years of extensive experience from an accredited institution
• Active, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• 5+ years of registered nurse experience
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience with direct reports
• Experience in higher education and with accrediting bodies
