Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management related to various categories
