PURPOSE:
Welcome to the world of product marketing! Immerse yourself in consumer and sneaker culture, providing insights to the product triad that enable deep storytelling and on trend product.
The Classics Product Internassists with the product creation lifecycle by managing key objectives and supporting the coordination of key milestones alongside the Heritage Running, Court, and Fitness teams. You may have the opportunity to jump into areas such as category strategy, market and trend analysis, line planning, product briefing, sample revisions, Go to Market (GTM) activities, etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Cultivate industry knowledge and continually evaluate competitors to capitalize on market opportunities
- Conduct research on target consumers, key competitors, market trends, and category data analysis
- Facilitate consumer insights discussion and visit retail stores to discover insights to inform seasonal strategies and creation
- Assist in showroom set-up for external and internal sales meetings and account pre-lines (i.e. collect/organize necessary samples, dress mannequins, merchandise walls with product from key stories).
- Participate in seasonal product review sessions, design reviews, and strategy meetings
- Collaborate with overseas product creation and operating partners
- Track, document, unpack, organize and inventory seasonal samples
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of all relevant team documents
- Help manage the product development system on interim basis

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong interest & passion for Sport or Lifestyle & Fashion
- Ability to handle high volume work, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize around key deadlines
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Great collaboration skills and a self-starter
- Ability to manage multiple systems with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate College or University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Creation, or a related field
- Anticipated undergraduate graduation date is Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
- Able to work out of our Boston HQ three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
- Available to participate in our full-time on-site internship program from June 9th to Aug 15th
