Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operational excellence of an occupier client's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate lease agreements, monitor critical dates, and develop strategies for portfolio optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders, acting as a key contact for client escalations
• Oversee the Portfolio Administration team and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in real estate portfolio lease management or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with real estate lease administration platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
