Key Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations through various areas of the company
• Collaborate with a global team of R&D wire and cable experts
• Engage in real-world, action-based learning to develop functional and leadership skills

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related fields
• Eligible for full-time employment starting July 2026
• Previous related experience in hands-on laboratory, materials science, or cable design
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build relationships
