Warehouse Clerk

Rawafid is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving and shipping materials, and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and efficient. You will play a crucial role in facilitating project needs by ensuring that materials are stored, tracked, and dispatched accurately and on time. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored following safety and quality standards.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in stock management activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues related to warehouse operations.

• High school diploma.
• Min. 5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, amd Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
