Automotive Digital Sales Coordinator - BMW

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
• Promote current sales programs to clients.
• Field phone and internet inquiries.
• Work closely with sales representatives.
• Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
• Conducting follow-up calls.

PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $95,000 ANNUALLY (Range consists of hourly rate + commission).

• At least one year of automotive BDC experience required, must be highly proficient in setting appointments and have strong follow up skills.
• Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Experienced or trainable in various computer systems including: CDK, Infobahn, Eleads
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Must be available to work weekends.
