Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Systems SAP Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve quality management SAP issues while meeting SLA timelines
• Triage QM SAP support requests and ensure site quality systems needs are met
• Proactively monitor and maintain various SAP programs and tools to ensure compliance and functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP systems, particularly in quality management
• Knowledge of SAP processes, configuration, and quality systems applications
• Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
