Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to assist in training QA Specialists and create quality reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create training materials for agents and specialists
• Audit the work product from the Quality Team and process appeals
• Participate in client meetings and provide insights related to quality assurance

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred
• Quality assurance analyst/evaluator experience or a valid Life, Health and Annuity License (215) preferred
• Exposure to Medicare and other insurance products preferred
• Bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish) preferred
