Academic Sales Agent

QS4QS is looking for a motivated and ambitious Academic Sales Agent to join our expanding team. The Academic Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in promoting our educational programs and services, driving enrollment, and building relationships with potential students. Our ideal candidate will be sales-driven, possess a strong understanding of the education sector, and have a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations to promote QS4QS educational programs.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and academic support services to prospective students.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential students to address inquiries, encourage enrollment, and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders to promote our programs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic aspirations.
