You will work closely with Emmanuel, our Expense & Procurement FP&A Lead, joining a dynamic team that includes FP&A specialists and procurement professionals dedicated to building excellence in Qonto's procurement function.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Procurement Manager at Qonto, you will

• Own and execute the procurement strategy for Banking and Operations categories, with a focus on optimizing our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing / Customer Ops) and IT (SaaS, Cloud) contracts as well as driving value through competitive sourcing processes (RFPs, RFIs)

• Lead end-to-end supplier relationship management, from selection to performance monitoring, ensuring optimal contract terms and risk management for key partnerships

• Drive the implementation and adoption of procurement best practices across the organization, creating guides and frameworks for internal stakeholders

• Manage the full Procure to Pay process in Coupa, ensuring compliance with PO policies while continuously improving operational efficiency

• Support strategic initiatives including post-merger integration activities, working closely with senior stakeholders to select and onboard best-fit providers

• Ensure that Qonto's procurement strategy aligns with our environmental sustainability and governance goals

• Market/Team Context: You'll be part of a strategic finance team working directly with key stakeholders including our COO, CTO team, and Risk & Compliance department. Your work will be central to Qonto's operational efficiency and risk management strategy.

• How we work: We foster an environment that values analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving. You'll be involved in strategic decisions about supplier selection and cost optimization, working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly influences company-wide procurement practices.

• Tools we use: You'll work with modern procurement tools including Coupa for P2P processes, along with various analytical and collaboration tools to drive efficiency in our procurement operations.

🤝 About your future Manager

Emmanuel leads Qonto's Expense & Procurement FP&A team.

His background? He has a strong background in finance, having started at AXA Partners US and later excelling at Wakam.

What does he bring to the team? Emmanuel is known for his strategic vision and analytical rigor, focusing on financial planning and OPEX optimization at Qonto. You'll gain from his ability to turn financial data into insights and his experience in cross-functional initiatives, offering valuable exposure to strategic decision-making.

• Experience: You have proven experience in procurement, particularly in IT and Banking sectors, with a strong track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management

• Negotiation: You're a skilled negotiator who can build and maintain strong relationships while securing optimal terms for the organization

• Stakeholder Management: You excel at building relationships across departments and can effectively challenge and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Analytical skills: You combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to identify opportunities and create data-driven procurement strategies

• Adaptability: in our fast-paced environment, your flexibility and prioritization skills will help you manage multiple projects

• Languages: You have excellent command of English. French, Spanish, German or Italian are a plus.
