Our Life Sciences Division provides expert services in cellular and molecular pharmacology, dedicated to supporting the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry with innovative research methods and bioanalysis. In addition to product evaluation and development services, we are committed to research into alternatives to animal experimentation and offer the industry a wide range of in vitro solutions to accelerate the global transition to cruelty-free practices in cosmetics and medicine.

Job Description

QIMA Life sciences accelerates its growth and recruits a Business development Manager to strengthen its sales team currently composed of 7 people. Our DNA values are to share, to deliver and to grow together. In order to start in the best conditions, we will offer a training period for several weeks on our various sites to meet our Team and discover our global offer from vitro, ex vivo, bioanalysis and imaging services.

We are looking for a candidate with business and technical skills to promote our global offer with a strong motivation and loving profile to meet challenge.

Your main missions will be:

  • Prospecting on the North American Zone on the pharmaceutical sector. • Identify, analyze and respond to customer needs.
  • Elaborate, argue project proposals with the support of our scientific team. • Monitor and conclude committed sales.
  • Promote our innovation services.
  • Ensure the follow-up and relationship of your customer portfolio to retain it.
  • Ensure proper project management from the negotiation phase to initiation and recoveries.
  • Participate with us in various congresses, international trade shows.

Offered services:

  • Cellular, tissue and ex vivo pharmacology tests applied in particular to cutaneous biology and immunomodulation (prediction of biological activity, profiling, proof of concept, benchmarking study, etc.),
  • Analysis services on preclinical and clinical samples (bioassays, immunohistochemistry, transcriptomics, etc.), and clinical imaging services.
  • Project engineering services (set up tests, models and protocols), valorization and scientific communication.
  • Collaborative research.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Higher scientific training (Master's Degree at least) with a double technical and commercial competence
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of the environment of a laboratory. Knowledge of skin biology would be appreciated.
  • Mastery of the sales process and tools (making appointments, argumentation, reminders, conclusion, ...)
  • Position based in the USA.

 

Contract/remuneration

  • Permanent contract
  • Remuneration: fixed (depending on experience) + commissions on sales (not capped)
  • Medical insurance: You are eligible to participate in our health, dental and vision plans the first of the month following your hire date.
  • 401k plan: You will be eligible to participate in our 401k plan through Slavic401k after one month of continuous employment.  The company provides a $1 for $1 match up to 4% and has a 4-year vesting schedule (25%/50%/75%/100%).
