Wir suchen für unser Team eine*n Trainee Management (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser Publicis Groupe Germany Management Board suchen wir eine/n Trainee Management (m/w/d). Im Rahmen unseres 18-monatigen Traineeprogramms wirst Du gezielt On- und Off the Job ausgebildet, bei strategischen Managemententscheidungen dabei sein und spannende Aufgaben in diesem Bereich übernehmen. Du unterstützt das Management Board der Publicis Groupe Germany im Tages- und Projektgeschäft.

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die inhaltliche und organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von Country Leadership und Groupe Management-Formaten, organisierst und strukturierst wöchentliche und monatliche Meetings, Workshops, und Offsites
     
  • Du unterstützt das Programm-Management des „Hunters Clubs“ – einer Langzeitinitiative zur Skalierung existierender Kunden – organisatorisch und inhaltlich wie z. B. bei:
    • dem exklusiven Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogramm
    • Hunters Club-Veranstaltungen
    • dem Tracking der finanziellen Entwicklung und Zielsetzung
       
  • Du begleitest agenturübergreifende Projekte wie z. B.:
    • Steuerung der Jahresplanung DACH, auch im Austausch mit globaler Ebene
    • The Rise of AI in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CSO und Learning & Development
    • Future of Work & Corporate Culture
    • Planung und Implementierung von neuen Prozessen (OKR, Zielplanungsmatrix) auf Board-Ebene
       
  • Weitere Verantwortlichkeiten:
    • Unterstützung der Agenturen in verschiedenen Projekten
    • Einblick in New Business-Projekte, z.B. Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Pitches, NB Reporting an CEO

Qualifikationen

  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes betriebs- oder kommunikationswissenschaftliches Studium mit bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast erste Arbeitserfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten gesammelt
  • Du brennst dafür, Neues zu entdecken, bist kreativ und findest Dich schnell in einem innovativen, hochvernetzten Umfeld zurecht
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und hast einen hohen Anspruch an Deine eigene Arbeit
  • Du hast Spaß an der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu
  • Du beherrschst die MS Office-Programme sowie die englische Sprache
