Position Overview: 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Query across multiple databases and software platforms to create reports that answer key business questions. 

--Synthesize and streamline the company’s scorecards and dashboards for efficient, consistent, and accurate analysis  

Identify and improve how data is presented to our internal users for ease of understanding and clear direction on how it should be used. 

-Provide expertise in the data capabilities of key operating software, including ServiceTrade, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and others. 

-Monitor data tools for downtime, errors, stale data, and inaccuracies. 

-Support system integration efforts for acquired entities. 

Requirements: 

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.  

-3+ years of experience and a successful track record as a Data Analyst can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree requirement. 

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

-Strong technical aptitude in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques. 

-Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 

-Proficient in query writing, report development, and presenting findings. 

-Strong problem-solving abilities. 

-Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 

-Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and executives. 

-Self-motivated and capable of working independently. 

-Mastery of Microsoft Excel (power query, pivot tables, xlookup, sumif, offset, vba, etc). 

-Proficiency with SQL. 

-Experience with Python. 

-Experience building visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit. 

-Proven ability to translate business needs into data requirements. 

-Demonstrates efficiency by producing significant output with minimal wasted effort. 

-Supportive, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
