Join our team as a Sr Manager, Human Resources!
The Sr Manager of HR will manage human resources (HR) operations and compliance across EMEA. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to increase productivity and HR service in partnership with our Global HRBP teams. The role also works closely with global HR COE’s to implement HR policies and programs across the region.
What you'll do:- Provide Regional HR Leadership for HR Operations across EMEA, including the management of HR Generalists, providing guidance and support in addressing complex HR issues.
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to local management
- Maintains consistency in HR practices and policies across all EMEA locations, in alignment with global HR strategies and business needs.
- Collaborate with Global COEs to develop and implement HR process improvements and leads the deployment of regional HR Projects and initiatives.
- Ensures that there is a seamless flow of information between the Global HRBP team local HR Generalists resources.
- Represent the company in dealings with employee representative bodies.
- Collaborates with Global COE’s and Global HRBP’s to monitor the progress of HR initiatives and projects at the site level. Provides regular updates to the Global HRBP team on key metrics and outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR team environment.
- Facilitate the performance management process across the region.
- Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What it takes:- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to travel 10-20% across our EMEA sites
- Capable of managing a multinational team
