Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospect Researcher and Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential major gift donors and evaluate their capacity and engagement
• Serve as the lead administrator for the Raiser's Edge NXT database, ensuring data accuracy and governance
• Collaborate with development staff to support prospecting strategies and provide training on database tools

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in nonprofit development, prospect research, or donor database management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and philanthropic history
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT; Administrator certification is a plus
• Familiarity with wealth screening and data analytics tools
• Commitment to the mission and values of the organization
