Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to join their Business Development proposal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling content for RFx responses, proposals, and business development initiatives
• Write and edit various documents including case studies, white papers, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear language

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience writing Federal/SLED government proposals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and document formatting tools
• Strong organizational skills and a reliable attendance record
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Cloud and AI Assistants
