Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to support business development efforts by leading the proposal development process for government and commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the proposal lifecycle, including kickoff meetings, outlines, schedules, and team coordination
• Review and interpret RFPs to ensure compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and develop proposal content

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal, state, or commercial proposals
• Strong understanding of government contracting and proposal best practices
• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
