Access Transformation Project Manager

Prominence Advisors is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. • Responsible for Platform plan and coordinating with Contact Center & Access Transformation Deployment plan including the following platforms / products: 
• 2Ring / CCX 
• CCaaS / Genesys
• SalesForce 
• Web Referral Form 
• Integrated Reporting 
• Responsible of organizing standing and ad hoc meetings to support platform activities, status and communications 
• Responsible for weekly status report 
• Responsible for managing risk / issues associated with platform 
• Cross functional huddle and support 
• PDSA support where needed 
• Responsible for coordinating CCaaS and Platform design / build / release activities 
• Responsible for reconciling and planning CCaaS and AT Deployment activities, operational readiness and release activities 
• Support Unified Comms / Slalom requirements, design and solutioning for Genesys IVR implementation 
• Support Unified Comms / Slalom requirements, design and solutioning for WorkForce Management implementation 
• Support Unified Comms / Slalom roll out of Genesys application 
• Intake of OSCAR issues, support requests, etc. 
• Facilitation of onboarding activities as a part of AT deployment

You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role

• Certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Soft-Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
