A company is looking for a Project Manager, Content Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily pipeline of 60+ pages, ensuring all content is tracked, prioritized, and delivered on schedule
• Oversee project transitions, handoffs, and deadlines, managing high-throughput content updates and deliverables
• Establish and refine tracking and workflow processes for better efficiency and transparency

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in content production, digital project management, or marketing operations
• Experience with content management software (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce)
• Strong organizational skills
• High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven agency settings is preferred
