Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support operational efficiencies in a remote, part-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and travel logistics for the Executive Team and external stakeholders
• Design and maintain project management processes using Asana and support technical upskilling of team members
• Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks and participate in culture-building initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of administrative or project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, and Slack
• Experience managing multiple calendars and supporting travel logistics
• Ability to work hours that overlap significantly with US Eastern Time
• Experience working with global teams is a plus
