Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project management systems to reflect real-time project statuses
  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings and document high-level business needs during discovery calls
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting project lifecycle activities from intake through execution
  • Project management coursework or foundational training preferred
