A company is looking for a Program Specialist to manage customer outreach and develop business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to customers and generate referrals and revenue from leads

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
• Federal government clearance may be required for handling sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and navigating web browsers
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to manage moderate to significant mental stress due to workload
