Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead federal IT support contract operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate efforts across various IT operations and contract compliance
• Supervise Help Desk Managers and oversee staffing and training plans
• Monitor KPIs and serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing federal IT support contracts or large-scale helpdesk operations
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM frameworks
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or defense-related IT programs is preferred
