Key Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate channel strategies and maintain relationships with agencies, networks, and publishers
• Monitor program KPIs and identify growth opportunities while optimizing campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the impact of the affiliate program and support technology integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry
• Proficiency in affiliate networks such as Rakuten, ShareASale, and Impact
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience with influencer marketing and social media platforms is a plus
