Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Lead to manage technical solutions for customer-facing technology delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket dependencies and provide day-to-day production support for core administrative systems
• Troubleshoot data issues and monitor data integration platforms and batch jobs
• Coordinate issue resolution activities with various internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a mid to large-size production support environment
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting JAVA/Spring Boot/Maven
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore model
• Experience with SQL, data integration platforms, and healthcare operations is preferred
