Product Readiness Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Solution Readiness Manager, Revenue Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end enablement intake process for new product and solutions related requests
• Develop and maintain a multi-quarter enablement plan aligned with strategic priorities
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to assess enablement effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 10+ years in product & solution enablement, business partnering, or GTM strategy within a technology company
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level sales organizations with product launches and GTM strategy
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
