Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Internal Tools & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for internal systems, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and maintenance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder collaboration to drive alignment and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with internal or enterprise-grade business systems
• Strong technical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions
• Experience with agile, scrum, and modern product development practices
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various levels and functions
• Familiarity with tools such as Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus
