Producer Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer Services Specialist II to manage producer compliance and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of entry for producer licensing and compensation information, including managing exceptions to contract applications
• Work with internal and external customers to resolve producer compliance issues and administer compensation programs
• Cross-train existing staff and onboard new employees while participating in process improvement projects

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related work experience in contracts, accounting, customer service, or insurance
• High School diploma or equivalent required; FLMI or ACS preferred
• Experience with MS Outlook and Excel
• Ability to calculate complex commission arrangements using analytical skills
• Understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
