Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist 2 (Sourcing and Purchasing).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Originate and process complex Purchase Orders and track order status
• Assist with vendor qualification, contract management, and procurement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience or seven years of related experience in an engineering, procurement, and construction environment
• Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, including bid evaluation and execution of agreements
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of business administration procedures and software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
