Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support various purchasing activities and vendor engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and purchasing efforts across multiple departments
• Assist Procurement Analysts with day-to-day workload management
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and other stakeholders for compliant onboarding of external workers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience
• Proficiency with Workday Procurement and ServiceNow ticketing systems
• Basic contracting experience; negotiation skills are a plus
• Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs preferred
• Ability to manage time independently while maintaining accountability to team goals
