Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that will shape the future of operations at PROCEPT? Join us as a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern and collaborate with our Operations team on PROCEPT’s core initiatives. Your mission? To be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support all operations data analytics. Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, cleaning, mining as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.

• Work with PROCEPT Operations Supply Chain team and provide analytics visibility by:
• Developing custom reporting & dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, & other platforms
• Support the design, implementation, and management of information reporting systems
• Investigating data analytics problems, finding root causes, and suggesting solutions
• Ensure each area in Operations team gets the information they need to evaluate and/or execute their required tasks
• Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
• Creates and processes Engineering Change Orders
• Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
• Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges

• Previous internship or work experience in data analytics / data science with a specialization in supply chain
• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Python, C++, or similar

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
