The Corporate Communications & Events Coordinator will work with members of the Corporate Communications & Events team to carry out all administrative tasks and projects for physician and corporate communications and events. This team member will possess a can-do attitude and be willing to jump in where needed, as well as eager to learn the ins and outs of the business, suggesting areas of improvement and efficiency to achieve team goals.
Primary Duties:
Support the sending of physician email communications related to all physician events and business initiatives in Pardot (email marketing tool)
Ensure registration and attendance process is optimized for each event utilizing our Event Registration system, Blackthorn, and pre/post communications are queued up with accurate information
Maintain the Privia Connect Intranet, including Knowledge Article updates, discussion group monitoring, and event posting
Maintain the Privia Health employee intranet, developing and updating resources for employees
Manage the promotional item ordering process for all physicians events (as well as internal employee culture items as needed) by maintaining relationships with vendors and overseeing the invoicing.
Oversee the comprehensive events calendar nationally ensuring alignment across markets and audiences.
Assist in the design, creation and and execution of communication campaigns and collateral (flyers, posters, etc) across all teams to internal and external constituents to deliver Privia’s messages and key strategies across all teams.
Participate in the editorial process for our physician-facing newsletters to ensure timely, tailored and accurate content.
Maintain our marketing communications platform by ensuring data accuracy, creating templates, and monitoring metrics.
Maintain project dashboards in Monday.com project management tool by updating project boards statuses, following up with stakeholders, and monitoring.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Event Management
Strong writing and editing skills required
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Pardot. Constant Contact) preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

The salary range for this role is $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
