Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Assistant (TA) Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality, competitive proposals for international development clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to design responsive approaches and strategies for proposals
• Provide subject matter expertise and support relationship-building with clients and partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience, Master's with 11+ years, or PhD with 7+ years in international development
• Extensive experience in technical assistance in low- and middle-income countries
• Experience with workers' rights, labor law enforcement, and workforce development programs
• Proven success in leading proposal development for international donors
• Prior experience with the U.S. Department of Labor or State is preferred
