Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Advisor to strengthen technical leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO on the technical and architectural roadmap, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Lead research on emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with business objectives
• Provide technical mentorship and support to engineering teams facing complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or advisory role
• Proven success in driving architecture and technical strategy in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, modern cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML platforms
• Experience with cross-functional alignment and influencing without authority
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures is preferred
