Principal Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Support Analyst to lead user support efforts within the Neuromodulation Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business contact for user support and monitor support issues
  • Develop and implement business support processes and reporting metrics
  • Ensure data quality and support backlog and release cycles
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 6+ years, or a Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce.com platform
  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with technical partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in gathering and documenting user requirements for technical teams
