A company is looking for a Principal Solution Consultant to lead and enhance pre-sales efforts in an AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a player-coach, leading a team while engaging directly with clients

• Shape operational strategies and ensure timely responses to RFPs and RFIs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience building and scaling consultative pre-sales teams in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to deliver strategic demos and technical value stories to enterprise buyers
• Fluency in AI-powered software solutions and their application in sales and operations
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
