Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead a team in the modernization of call center applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and architecture of new features
• Analyze existing solutions and provide development support for applications
• Work cross-functionally to resolve complex customer problems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Strong experience with .NET and C#
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL and Oracle
• Experience as a tech lead/mentor to junior engineers
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, preferably SAFe
