Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the value proposition of Adobe Ultimate Success across segments and industries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key capabilities and ensure effective delivery of offerings
• Own the Ultimate Success roadmap and optimize service delivery through collaboration with operations and tooling teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management, service design, or go-to-market experience in enterprise software or customer success
• Experience with subscription-based services or customer lifecycle programs is preferred
• Strong empathy for customer needs and ability to translate them into scalable services
• Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills to synthesize insights for product development
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
