Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Data and Analytics Engineer, responsible for designing and evolving enterprise-wide data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise data engineering blueprints and set strategic direction for data platforms
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient data platforms and establish best practices for data pipeline development
• Collaborate with governance and security teams to operationalize data policies and advocate for self-service knowledge discovery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale data platforms in hybrid and cloud-native environments
• Deep expertise in designing and scaling batch and streaming data pipelines with a focus on cost optimization
• Advanced proficiency in semantic modeling and reusable data asset design
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing CI/CD-enabled pipelines and data governance frameworks
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and Scala for architecting complex data solutions
