Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI/ML Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI solutions across multiple programs and projects
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to create data pipelines and develop algorithms or ML models
• Produce reports summarizing technical results for non-technical audiences and stay updated on advancements in the field

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in physical sciences, engineering, data science, or computer science with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years, or a Ph.D. with 8+ years (Ph.D. preferred)
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• 3+ years of experience in AI R&D and knowledge of AI/ML engineering
• Experience in testing and managing research solutions in relevant areas
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert for program engagements or proposal support
